  • February 13, 2015

The 2015 NSW Police Games Sailing Regatta will be staged  at Sydney’s Middle Harbour Yacht Club from March 16 to 18.

The regatta, which has been held annually for more than 20 years, is open to all serving and retired personnel from the police and emergency services, including NSW and Federal Police, Marine Rescue NSW, NSW Rural Fire Service, Fire and Rescue NSW, NSW Ambulance Service, State Emergency Service, Volunteer Rescue Association, Corrective Services and the Australia Defence Force.

Vessels from Sydney Harbour, Port Hacking, Broken Bay, Newcastle and Lake Macquarie, crewed by more than 50 sailors, are expected to compete in the regatta, which will comprise seven races in a number of divisions (including Adams 10s and over 30 foot) over the three days.

Middle Harbour Yacht Club generously provides free use of overnight berthing and amenities for participating crews and vessels.
