Marine Rescue The Entrance took part in the search for an ultra-light aircraft that ditched into Lake Tuggerah at Long Jetty about 7.50am yesterday (March 6), killing the pilot and his female passenger.

The crew of The Entrance 10, skipper Colin Lewis, Ben Hogan and Tony Younglove, aided by Radio Operator Tony Jago, assisted Police for a number of hours in the search for the aircraft and recovery of debris.
